Had a brilliant and helpful service from Nick, the main man behind the desk !Very quick communication and mutual understanding. He was very supportive with information and helping to ease some of my concerns.I had gone in with a Dell XPS 15 laptop having RAM card issues as well as a corrupted Windows system. Was very worried.And rightfully so, the issue was actually a bit more complicated than first thoughts and Nick was amazing to fix these issues. He was very insightful into what I needed to do with backing up old files and getting the laptop ready to have windows re-installed.I couldn’t have had a better experience. My laptop was incredibly slow, and would stutter and crash at even the most basic tasks - I took it into Repair IT, and now I'm honestly a little shocked at how well it runs. I'm able to play games at 60+ frames a second, while in an audio call, while streaming my screen, where beforehand, just playing a game by itself would slow my laptop down to under 10 FPS. Really great service, handed in a unique item for repair which most repair shops would not be familar with(which was a portable arcade unit, neo geo theme), however they were happy to at least have a look and were able to fix the problem with the screen and buttons and stick. very good service and incredibly thorough in explaining the problem and ways to fix. Highly recommended

So quick, friendly and great price. I took my laptop for a repair on Wednesday morning and got a text saying it was ready for collection on Friday morning. I asked Lenovo for a quote first and they quoted £200 more than here (that was with the basic warranty). The man is very friendly and helpful and I’m so happy I choose this shop. Thank you!!!!:)

Such a good experience at this store. The technician I saw working there is so friendly and helpful, and always ready to help fix a problem. I had problems 2 days in a row and he was incredibly nice about it and reassured me that it would be fixed. Repair was quick and easy to know when it was finished.
