A gravity fed heating system fully stripped out and replaced with a Vogue C40 combi boiler. The service from initial discussion through to completion was first class. Tom and his team worked tirelessly to complete the job in 3 days. The job was well planned with hot water back on by day 2 and all making good and rubbish removed by day 3. I would certainly recommend and will be using Vortex's services again.

Phenomenal work. Tom and Fred are very talented heating engineers. They have completed a project for us which was planned, delivered and executed beautifully. Tom is no doubt exceptionally talented and it is very rare to find someone of this skillset. It is not something that can be learned. He spends considerable time planning a project with its associated intricacies before launching in. In my opinion, this is the difference between good and great. Its the minor details that make a project. Diagnostically there is no-one better than him as those types of people generally don't exist. My thanks to you guys for installing an amazing smart system.

We were recommended Tom and Vortex Engineering by a respected builder friend a number of years ago when our previous engineer retired.Since then they have reliably serviced our boiler annually.In addition they have replaced all our radiators and upgraded our hot water system.
