Machine Mart Warrington

Terrible. Beware you are only allowed 10 mins in the car park before £100 fine unless you have correctly validated car parking in the store. Will never shop there again. Btw it is the landlord not machine mart apparently. Can't see machine mart being there much longer.

Store was very clean. Staff very smart and they know the products they sell, and very pleased to help you find what your looking for, and the best tool for the job.. 100%+++

Beware.. sneaky parking fines.. I also got done £60 the other week whilst parked just outside the door. I was in the Machine Mart shop literally 14 minutes, no signage, no warnings of a new parking system from the staff etc..It was only 3 weeks later than I received the Parking Charge Notice letter. I immediately called the shop and the member of staff (he was a nice lad to be fair), said that its a new system which has been in place for 2 weeks.When i explained that my visit was three weeks ago, he said that i need to lodge an appeal with the parking company - i did this, but it got ignored..I also raised a formal complaint with Machine Mart Head Office which has also been ignored - so rather than get dragged through the courts & risk a CCJ againts me - I decided to pay the fine & move on.BUT - I will never ever shop with Machine Mart again, which makes me feel sad as ive been a loyal machine mart customer for well over 20 years.1 star.. if i could award zero stars then I would.

Good purchasing experience during the pandemic. Call and Collect process works a treat. Great people to do business with.

The online service for click & neglect" isn't very good but the staff in the shop are brilliant! Don't order online

Very helpful just watch out for car parking as the owner has put ampi camera up nothing to do with shop

We recently went to Machine Mart in Warrington to look for a stove. We were so lucky to have had the support of John and his colleague, they were amazing at helping us decide what we need. They made phone calls to other shops and really went the extra mile on every query we had. The customer service was excellent and the prices amazing for great quality. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful staff, never to busy to give you some time and give a bit of knowledge on a item.

£60 fine to park outside this machine mart branchNo signage to indicate so and parking spaces clearly advertise parking for machine mart customers but say nothing about parking charges!

I visited the Warrington branch on Saturday , I found the whole experience a waste of my time. the Staff where unprofessional unhelpful and not happy in there work , they chatted openly across the shop ignoring customers requests, there topic of conversation was how bad machines mart was to work for . They said the could earn better money in a call centre, I wished to purchase a number of items but I gave up , I went to another supplier and spent more money than I budget for buy the customer experience was very good
