We had to come off the M5 on our way back to Portsmouth for fuel as we hold a Shell fuel card. I have to say the staff were very pleasant and polite and the shop had a very wide choice of refreshments as well as a coffee shop on site. And not forgetting to mention how very clean and tidy this place was.

Ordered a Vegan Sausage roll for my daughter as she's Dairy Intolerant. She didn't eat it all so I finished it and it had a very odd metallic taste to it.Next day, both my daughter and myself have food poisoning.Would not recommend this particular store.

Food is always good with Gregg's and the breakfast meal deal is well worth it. However the majority of staff members could do with learning customer service as they often lack any sense of happiness behind the till. A nice good morning" wouldn't hurt."

Found the staff to be rude. Ordered 2 food items when I received my hot food I stood and waited for my croissant, the girl just stared at me until I asked about my croissant, she went a picked one out and handed to me without saying another word. I don't expect an apology but a here you go" would have sufficed"

Friendly staff. Callum the manager was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. I was ordering a lot of food for a trade day next week and he made it so easy. Thank you!
