Very unhappy with my experience with this business. The workmen broke 12 roof tiles on my kitchen roof and didn’t take responsibility for it. The customer services team didn’t offer a word of apology, they just denied it could have been them (crystal clear are the only people to have ever been on the roof!) and the best they could offer was to replace the 2 tiles immediately below the window they’d been working on. When I said I wasn’t happy with this as a solution they were rude and unpleasant towards me. I really wouldn’t recommend using them, go elsewhere.

Terrible company - left large gaps around the windows which allowed water to get into the building and make insulation wet. Blamed it on other contractors (nothing to do with them), refused to rectify the issue and then aggressively chased for final payment on an incomplete job. Had to get a professional contractor in to fix the issue. Only use Crystal clear if you are prepared to pay someone else to finish their work - I suggest getting professionals in the first place. A truly awful company and one we will never use ever again. The photo shows the large gaps around the windows.

We had an excellent experience with Crystal Clear from start to finish. Very helpful and non-pushy sales staff, smooth process through-out and most importantly my new sash windows look fantastic. Huge thank you to Steve and Jason the lovely fitters who did a beautiful job and were incredibly polite and professional.

I bought my front door and a window. Really good job on the planning and installation and plenty of advice on what I wanted. Installers were brilliant, a smart and tidy job. The office staff were also very helpful on the end of the phone.

I've been very happy with the whole team at Crystal Clear while getting all of my windows & doors replaced, and would recommend to others. James in sales was friendly but non-pushy and was quick to update my quote when I changed my mind about window openings. The install took four days and Steve & Sean always turned up promptly, kept me up to date with daily progress and left the house tidy with very minimal damage to the surrounding finishes. Thanks to all involved for a smooth process.

Good services, great products with long guarantees, they supplied and fitted this 4 meter wide set of aluminium, white powder coated Bi-Folds and two windows either side, for my project in BS9.Have used Crystal Clear for a few years now and will continue to do so.Simply Build Better.

We wanted to say a big 'Thank You' to the Crystal Clear Team especially James who helped with the design, Joanne who kept us informed, the Installation Team (Brandon and Luke) and Anita in Accounts. This is the third time we have used Crystal Clear on this house and are really pleased with our new doors (previously we have had windows and a conservatory). Thanks again!
