Today I visit one of your branches in merry hill shopping centre and I was served but lovely European lady with long dark hair . Very patient and helpful . Helped me to found my perfect shoes which I absolutely love they are so comfortable . Definitely will come back again for more in future . Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Visited the Sketchers store at Meryhill today. The sales guys were very helpful and understood our needs. They made some great recommendations and we walked out with both shoes and socks. The sales guy was called Dave, top bloke the best store in the centre. D&V

Very friendly staff always happy to help. Helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes for work, making sure they would be comfortable to wear all day yet still look stylish.

Great service and lovely staff.Visited to buy a gift for my wife, the salespeople were very helpful and invested into explaining and demonstrating products and technologies.Will definitely revisit for more.

Had a great experience at sketchers, a special mention to sorela who was fantastic she help me choose some lovely sketchers for work. I’m on my feet for 13 hours a day and she really chose well, the trainers are so comfortable it’s like I’m walking on air honestly!Fantastic customer service would recommend :)

Had a great afternoon at Sketchers Merry Hill. I was served by an extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable Dave Jones.He understood what I needed, I was happy to purchase two pairs of trainers. Unfortunately, experience was tainted by a rude female sales assistant as I was leaving.

If I could mark sketchers merryhill 0 star I would.Today I experienced not only the worst but the most embarrassing visit EVER. Never before have I been told ‘ The kid needs to leave ‘ and ‘politely, leave now ‘ due to my 2 year old crying. It’s stressful enough trying to shop with a 2 year old in this heat and getting what I need done but to be told that by the girl with dark hair and an accent (which I presume was the acting manager )infront of other customers and staff to. She was more than happy for me to pay for my sons shoes before saying it. It didn’t help that she took ages to scan them for me to pay either.How atrocious, Skechers need to educate their staff about being approachable and friendly to customers.I will be taking this further , a sorry will not make me feel any better about the way me and my son was treated.I will not be returning to this store!

I took my dad yesterday to buy some shoes. We were served by Ella who was so helpful, patient and kind.We were there for over an hour and she was lovely.Thank you xx

The service we received in this shop was exceptional. The young lady who served us could not have been more helpful. She was friendly but very professional. And knew the stock very thoroughly. My wife is disabled and struggles to get shoes to fit as her feet are quite swollen. But this young lady recognised it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for this young lady. She made plenty of sensible suggestions and didn't stop until my wife had a pair of Sketchers that fitted well. We were both so impressed with the service. There are too few people like this in the retail sector. She is a credit to Sketchers and to herself.Thank you.

My wife and I were provided with professional, efficient, sensitive and authentically friendly service by Joanne on Monday just gone. She was absolutely outstanding. Thank you Joanne you could not have been more helpful in supporting my wife to choose the right pair of shoes. On another note, the standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness within the store warmed the cockles of an old retailer’s heart. We’ll be back.
