Furniture can be a bit more expensive than in some other charity shops but some wonderful unique pieces in there, well worth the price

Overall they have plenty of furniture. Prices are quite high considering 2nd hand items. For instance, an IKEA table is priced at £50 and with delivery it can cost up to £65. Same table you can buy from IKEA for £70. But again depend on your budget and needs so visit the store by yourself to decide and purchase.

I have been going to charity shops all over the country for the past 15 years i am shocked at the prices in here. I am a fashion vlogger so i know highstreet fashion prices of the back of my hand. I just picked up a jacket and ita cheaper in new look!. Prices are beyond ridiculous. There needs to be common sense here. Who prices these items? Sorry never returning. They also have items in the window that u cannot buy!! How ridiculous. Dont waste your time guys its the worst ive been to

This place causes traffic chaos on Smithdown Road every weekday by parking delivery vans on double yellow lines between 16:00-17:00 and closing-off one lane completely. A little common sense in restricting collections/deliveries to off-peak times would very much reduce polution, frustration and completely unnecessary delays. Get a grip Oxfam, it isn't rocket science.

1p out of my every pound this vile charity makes goes to the actual cause. You're basically enabling the people at the top,.who run the charity, to profit and live comfortably off of your.donations whilst the children in Africa continue to suffer. Don't buy into it. No child will benefit from your donation..But if you ever find yourself able to help directly, then please do so. All the money you raised will not make a difference. Cut out the middle man

It's a good set up with lots of rooms. But the prices in this shop are ridiculous. The new book room they have created is great but my word the prices are close to those on Amazon.

Very nice experience…. friendly behaviour of the staff is considerable. A clean and beautiful atmosphere will attract us a lot. Never felt it’s a charity shop. ❣️❣️❣️

I don't know how Oxfam are justifying their pricing policy but on the whole much of the furniture is massively overpriced. One one occassion I spotted a second hand IKEA shelving unit of the Kallax range.. the sticker price was £35.. it was obviously a little bit old, slightly scratched and needed a spot of wood glue to stabilize it..once I'd added the cost of petrol and wood glue to get it looking new again it would have cost me £40 in total...the exact same price as purchasing the unit brand new from Ikea...... More recently I spotted a toddler's bed frame without matress.. the sticker price was £75... the same bed frame is trending on facebook market place WITH matress for between £10 - £30 AND in better condition in most cases! .... I truley believe that the people running oxfam should see what items are trending for on the facebook market place and also gumtree first before putting 'near' RRP price tags on their items.... items which were donated for free in the first instance!!!! shocking!!!
