After hours of wading through computer information I found Black Barn Computers. Wes messaged and had just what I was looking for in seconds. I sent a screenshot to a friend in IT. They couldn't believe the value offered. PC was here the following day. Clean and secure packaging. Brand new keyboard, mouse, cables and WiFi dongle when I was expecting entirely used. All set up. Downloading software at lightening speed. Looks fabulous. Couldn't be happier. Will be recommending to family as parents need a new PC. Best wishes with your business!

Excellent company supplying good quality high end laptops, would recommend to anyone, only black mark against them would be their choice of courier APC! their overnight delivery service is appalling and have the worst reviews in the cosmos! would recommend they change to another courier asap as it would be a shame to have their reputation tarnished by them.Well done Black Barn, you deserve your 5 star rating for services rendered.

Purchased a refurbished laptop for business use to see how we got on with them, first one sent had a couple of very minor issues however Wesley bent over backwards to test encryption with SSD disc's (Win 10 PRO & bitlocker) that had installed on a replacement to check it worked and arranged to have it shipped and collect the original laptop same day at no extra charge - AT LAST A COMPANY WHO UNDERSTAND HOW AFTERSALES SERVICE SHOULD BE.....HASSLE FREE AND EFFICIENT.

Went in originally to get a new Laptop. Because my one wouldn't switch on, and was told tht it would probbly be unfixable. They ended up looking at my Laptop and fixing it. When I do eventually need a new laptop, I will be my only port of call. Amazing service. They know their stuff nd they saved my laptop that I use for my business. 100% recommend this company!

I almost never write reviews but the standard of product and service from Black Barn is so good it's almost surreal. From the unbeatable price to the blazing fast delivery to the robust packaging to the fact the website chat puts you through to a real and attentive human being with actual expertise, I can't think of a single other company to get it this right. Sometimes what sounds like hyperbole is simply the truth.They do use DHL as a courier and it did look like the box had been used at least once as a football, but the packing inside was so good that thankfully it didn't matter.

Tiny bit late on this review but I couldn't recommend them enough! Provided a quick diagnosis, price quote and repair/replacement service for my laptop screen in less than a week, all at a reasonable price and friendly service amidst a pandemic no less! Definitly gonna come here should I need them again!

Have bought three laptops from Blackbarn over the years. High spec laptops at a fraction of the price, but what really sets this company apart for me is the service and, perhaps even more importantly, the after sale service. My laptop is used all the time and from time to time, I have a lapse of concentration and I break something on my laptop. Most recently, I broke the screen by knocking the laptop off my desk, this was at 11:30am. Phoned Blackbarn about what had happened, by 4:30pm the same day, my laptop had a new screen and I was able to work that evening and didn't need to cancel any clients. Amazing service. Always recommend Black Barn when someone says they're heading off to the local retail park at the weekend to buy a new computer.

Great customer service during replacement of hard drive of my PC with SS Drive,which improved response time and performance of PC.Really cannot fault the service/technical support enough, top marks for a top company.
