(see update)Great architecture and well designed building. Best looking block of flats in Bournemouth.Update - Unfortunately the build quality has not been good at all. Massive damp issues running right through edge of the building into the flats from the pipework, friend had to move out. I hope they have resolved it as it took an age to get it all fixed.

I did not know this car park existed tucked away behind apartments, first couple of floors are residents parking there is a few disabled spaces just to the right on ground level. This is a council car park £5 all day free for disable with a BCP parking permit read the info by paying machine. The car park is light clean and felt safe. The lift is good and clean.
