Once again, top notch service from HBH Bude. Bosch washing machine bearings went after 15 yrs life. Couldn't manage to get in to shop & was guided so patiently by Jay who gave me lots of info. New Bosch delivered & installed next day. Old one removed. Would never go anywhere else. They have supplied us with so many electrical items, tv's, roof arial replacements & in very early days, even made to order computers!!Thank you!!!

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff . We bought majority of house and kitchen stuff from them , and they can match the price to online retailer if there is any difference. Local is better

Martin from the Bude branch repaired my refrigerator. He was extremely courteous, efficient and capable. Very refreshing that someone was able to repair something rather than it going into land fill and having to be replaced.

Always excellent! Purchased a washing machine from the Bude branch and as usual the customer service was excellent. They managed to match an online price I had seen and delivered the same day. Can’t fault them and will be back.

I think pretty much everything with a plug we've bought in the past 8yrs has come from Woolacotts in Bude - always brilliant service and competitive prices. When our oven went off a few weeks ago the repair charge was very reasonable and the repair was carried out promptly once the faulty part was in stock - very happy we went that route rather than just replace it and I can't fault the level of care taken by Jack the repair man.
