I received excellent service, was impressed with the products. Recommended to my friend who wanted to change all the windows. She was also happy.

Outstanding!!!! Very professional and smooth process from start to finish. I decided to go with Premier after receiving a hand full of quotes for a new conservatory, reasons being it was a very fast and professional visit from the salesman Joe. The conservatory was built to the exact designs presented to me and with a finish that was promised to me on the very first visit. Joe then came to check the finish of the conservatory to make sure everything was perfect. The quote I received was very competitive and actually came in a lot lower than the big companies! However I feel I received a better service from Premier from start to finish due to the excellent service and workmanship provided. Overall I'm very happy and I will be using them again for future works.Jamie

Very quick service! The installers were brilliant!18 windows put in without any problems. One of the windows needed a lintel but they added that in free of charge. I have already recommended them to my friends and I believe one has already ordered there’s through Premier.

I had all my windows changed last year. Although they did a fast job one of the windows was put in the wrong way round so it opened the wrong way from what I wanted. Then shortly after having my new windows installed one of the handles broke. So they sent someone to fix it. He couldn’t fix. Since that point I’ve been calling and leaving messages and NO ONE has bothered to reply back to me. I’m furious with this terrible service... and my window handle is still broken!!! I would not use this company..

Great company, good products at a fair price. Would recommend to family and friends and would use in the future.

Dodgy

DO NOT USE. This company is dodgy and not reliable at all. The first encounter I had with them was when they knocked on my door and offered to changed my windows for a huge discounted price. The job they did was TERRIBLE. One of the windows didn’t even open. This was almost a year ago and still no one has bothered to call me back and even pick up my phone calls. Andrew Hughes is one of the directors.... do not trust... he has never replied back to me since this whole situation started.
