Worst branch ever. Bought a sofa, checked 3 times that they would bring it up to 2nd floor, which they said they would. When the delivery men showed up they said they don't do stairs. Attempted to bring the sofa up the stairs myself, which didn't fit therefore I had to re arrange collection. When I tried to explain that their driver refused to bring it up , they basically called me a liar and told me that the driver said the lift was broken.. what a total joke since I live in a house. They obviously charged my twice as well for the poor service and when I complained to their head office, they said they would invest on some training! I want my money back , don't care about your training! Get some more competent staff who understands customer service!

Good products, however, had a major problem with the delivery, which was delayed by 7 days. I am not sure whether that was a one-off problem or its something common with this branch

As this is a second hand shop you will be very surprised the things they have in . All l can say is if you find something it is best to get it there are then as a lot of things get snaped up fast. If you are going for furniture just take a tape measure with you so you can double check that it is going to fit when you get the furniture home.

Offered a wardrobe that was in good condition men came refuse to take said it had marks on and no shelves took a picture for manger this wardrobe was expensive when brought was only get rid because of moving won't be offering any more items this is charity

Not always the cheapest, some unique items here. Staff friendly and helpful whenever I have been. Large spacious well laid out store makes browsing a pleasure. Relaxed atmosphere with no pressure from staff. Excellent central location in the heart of acocks green village.

Mattress delivered was filthy and the delivery men refused to take it upstairs despite me being told in the shop that they would. Very disappointed.

Booked a collection, at no point did anyone say that the items could be refused on collection. Why don't you ask for pictures rather than wasting everyones time?? Also your drivers didn't even wear masks when coming to collect. I would never recommend you to anyone. Terrible service

Lovely friendly staff that always go out their way to be helpful. Prices are very reasonable for all items. Home delivery service is also very reasonable.
