Completely disgraceful service. Doesn't deserve 1 star! Can never deposit funds in ATM's when branch is closed. Opening hours are a joke for a city centre retail bank especially when all other local branches have closed, should be extended opening times at least one evening a week. Earliest I can leave work is 4pm. Closing account is also very difficult process as can't speak to anyone in branch, have made several complaints to staff and was told there's nothing they can do, wouldn't even accept a written complaint. Very unhelpful.

My online banking is blocked yesterday, so I come here to solve it. English is not my first language and I'm not feeling well due to covid. When I was queuing up, Seonaid asked me if I needed help and took me indoors to sit down, and then she was very friendly and patiently helped me unlock it successfully. I am very grateful for her kind help.

Very poor bank now in glasgow .only 1 left in city centre last few weeks have been rediculous short staffed machines not working for deposits only 2 tellers working on busy friday at peak time loads of customers waiting shocking service

Went down to the branch today to deposit. There was a long queue of 15 ppl in front of the counter, so I figured I would just use the self-service ATM for deposit.The problem is that the ATM machine malfunctioned and some of the previous customer's cash notes got stuck in the machine. The staff took the customer away to the seating area without putting up an out of order " sign immediately. Without any knowledge this happened

2 people on the till, 22 folk standing for up to 50 mins to be served. SS tills not taking deposits. Its a flecking disgrace!!!

Wasted over 20 mins of my time just standing waiting to speak to someone and then I got told that there's no one to deal with my question. Extremely understaffed and very short opening hours.
