Visited here looking for a bent pan connector and was surprised to find a vast range of said item and a very helpful member of staff to assist me. Will definitely visit again.

This place is very convenient for me being so close to my house and saving me a drive to Newport, they have always had everything I needed. It’s a bit more expensive than other places I use, but I don’t have a trade account, I’m fixing up my own house.Staff are very friendly and helpful, the staff would get 5 stars.

Invited Mark to visit and supply a quote to replace small bathroom floor.I had done my homework with another handyman who said one day @£120. Other qualified plumber said also one day @£180.Back to Mark. He arrived with his apprentice (actually his daughter.) They had no pen to record details (first red flag). Mark measured the dimensions of bathroom. But not the thickness of floor. There are two types of flooring available for bathrooms 18mm or 22mm. Very surprised he didn't measure up the thickness of flooring (second red flag).He said also said one day's work but wanted to go away and quote me for materials not visible to my eyes (third red flag). I thought he might be cheeky and pad it out. But when Mark got back to me after a delay he quoted a staggering £735.I challenged him by text on the inflated size of his bill. He disputed he said one day. Then claimed he would need to reinstall a sink and toilet which could not be done in a day. This is nonsense. I told Mark he should watch out for a Google review and back came a snarky text from Mark saying nah". Will he reply to this review?Avoid this tradesmen. He is a rip off merchant."

All was good at City Plumbing, they had lots on the shelves and loads behind the court so if you can't see what you want just ask.

Terrible service, refused to exchange damaged goods delivered. 3 items completely different than ordered. Gemma not returning my calls. Worse customer service i have ever encountered
