Ordered 3 items on 16th November on next day delivery, I received 1 item on 20th November so I phoned customer services after speaking to a local shop I was told the other items was put in the package that I had received but nothing was in it, I had to wait until today to find out that they won't do anything about it as they say they have sent them and I would have to pay £25 to get footage of them putting in the box and the courier said they haven't done anything with it

Absolutely superb bunch of staff in the shop in Hessle. Nothing is too much trouble when advising my son, never over sell. Just the best products for his needs and budget. Could not recommend them enough! From a mum who didn’t realise how expensive a fishing hobby could be!
