I went to Drizul today and i must say, Sara, provided the best customer service i’ve had in a long time. Polite, engaging and really helpful. It created a good atmosphere and the hot chocolate was fantastic too!

Awesome place for desserts...everything is eggless and vegetarian, milkshake was really good so was the waffel, and the staff is always helpful and super good. Ambience is cool too...overall a happy place to go to!

Absolute delight!! We ordered hot chocolates, ice-creams and cakes. They all went down as a treat. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was really fast. We will definitely be back soon

The most delicious waffle I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely incredible! Fantastic textures, exquisite combination of flavours, generous toppings, beautiful presentation - such an experience. The staff were wonderful too, and lovely decor and atmosphere. Well worth a trip across Leicester for it. Will definitely be returning for more!!

Absolutely amazing! This is 5 star plus! Firstly the ice cream is fabulous! Yes you can get similar ice cream elsewhere … but go to Drizul! Why? Because the service levels are amazing. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The shop is tucked away, around the corner from Queens Road - but walk the extra few yards. This place is brilliant!

Had a large 'These Nuts!' waffle tonight. Delicious and filling. Came with 2 scoops of their amazing Hazlenut Ice-cream. Perfect for a weekend treat!
