07/07/2023Not so nice manager ( Lorraine).Was told to take mobility scooter out side because she said it was a fire hazard and trip hazard ,mobility scooter was in know ones way and I am the one with the bad attitude when Lorraine comes out from behind the counter with the attitude and what was so bad she was standing in the shop with kitchen knife in her hand .Good customer services great news for head office and the local Coventry telegraph ???.

High footfall shop, with the latest gaming machines. Bank style security window counter so the shop often gets messy with discarded slips whilst staff stay sat in there. Padded chairs are an absolute joke.

This is my favourite betting shop, the staff there always go the extra mile. There have been times over the years that Lorraine has almost been like a mother to me, such a warm and welcoming shop team.
