Reported to trading standards, fined for parking after we actually paid for alloted time. No replies in email and phone number on hold for 30mins then hung up. Border line evil. Rinsing peoples pockets when time are tough as it is.

Today I received a fine from this company for parking on an empty car park attached to a retail park in Lancaster after all the shops had closed. My parking there had absolutely zero negative impact on any of the retail businesses as they were closed. Similarly, no other motorist was inconvenienced in any way as the car park was empty. It makes my blood boil that businesses like this are allowed to continue to use such immoral, ethically questionable tactics to fleece innocent people out of cash at a time when so many of us are struggling with the cost of living crisis. Everyone involved with this business should hang their heads in shame.

Care parking a park of this group have been issuing massive fines to people who were essential shopping and genuinely made a mistake to think when all charges in the town had been cancelled these were too. £160 for 30 mins. Expecting people to use parking machines in the height of the pandemic. No sign of cleaning or social distancing guidance at machines. Key workers fined after finishing long shifts. Absolutely disgusting. Yet in twitter promoting information from the NHS on the vir3 spreading on surfaces. Was this even risk assessed to in March and early April to see how the risk could be reduced. Doubt it. Profiting from the virus.
