Wanted fuel, it sold it, I purchased it. Everyone's a winner.

Used to be my usual place to shop for a few things, Night staff: Mark was great, very helpful, actually knows how to pack a bag, always mentioned the offers on items I had in my basket.Robs great, knows how to have a laugh. Didn't frequent as much after hearing Mark left but came in more often when he was back, but he's gone again? Staff turnover rate in this place is awful. All the best night staff seem to just come and go.Slightly overpriced on some items. But the reduced items daily usually last a few days with great quality.Pop in now and again for fuel but won't be my regular place to stop.

The Garage That Hates CustomersThere are now two security staff in the small garage shop who followed me round while buying a few food bits even actively getting in the way and not bothering to apologise. Do yourself a favour and go to Morrison's. Cheaper petrol and infinitely better service.

Always made to feel important when I visit this place. Friendly happy staff who know what coffee I have and sometimes even have it ready before I get to the counter. The staff have convinced me join the loyalty scheme which I was happy to do after hearing the benefits. Clean and pleasant store wouldn’t go anywhere else

My son found a driving licence and despite trying to contact the owner he had no success.As he doesn't live local to Bretton, he handed it in to the BP petrol station where the staff happily accepted it and agreed to hold onto it while my son tried to contact the owner.The owner of the licence seen my son's posts on social media and went to the BP garage to collect their licence.The staff there denied all knowledge of it ever being handed in!My son then visited BP to enquire why they had denied all knowledge of the licence?The staff there denied their conversation with the owner and said to my son that they had actually lost the licence!It's all very strange.The licence has now been reported as stolen by the owner.You would've hoped that you could 've trusted an organisation for motorists to have taken care of such a valuable document!

Excellent service staff very friendly

Despite being hang out for police and ambulances who get half price coffees, staff say nothing to numerous shoppers not wearing masks. Not all, but a number of staff rude, ignoring you with one trying to overcharge me. Overpriced petrol, rude staff? Not my garage of choice in the future.

It's all ok and well stocked. It's handy for me as live close to it. However it's a petrol filling station and prices are quite high. Good coffee is being served there.It's always difficult to join traffic there as near roundabout is always very busy.

My friend is a young community staff nurse who has been working flat out for the past 6 days without breaks. On her travels on Tuesday she was first on scene to a very serious crash and she kept the victims calm and as she put it went into nurse mode! Yesterday she was refused a coffee from this place while paramedics were all receiving one. She was not expecting a freebie at all but was told she was not emergency services! Disgraceful place and the person that refused this hard working young lady a drink. I certainly will not be using this garage ever again!
