Can’t fault the help or the advice, best thing was after we brought our heat pump tumble dryer, even though we are happy to pay slightly more to shop locally, we really pleased to find the same model on Amazon for a higher price. Well done all, thank you.

Thank you to all the excellent staff at Towls.Our oven packed in and from entering the shop to the guys leaving having delivered and installed the new one (and taken away the packaging and the old oven) a mere 4 hours.You really can't beat that service.Shop local folks, you know it makes sense!

Started going to this shop when I was in my 20s now in my 60s. Always had first class service in all aspects of purchases. Still being run by the same family for many many years. Great bunch of staff also Mr Towl himself. Great shop for all household equipment. I recommend this shop. Been here again recently and again nothing has changed. Still brilliant service.

Brought several items from Towls this past year. Always very helpful & knowledgeable about all things electrical. Had a new Fridge Freezer delivered & installed this morning which went without hiccup. Arrived on time and full installation was achieved within an hour. Excellent & professional service. Highly recommended to all.

Fridge needed replacing.Went into shop on a Saturday ordered a replacement and was delivered locally on the following Tuesday.Excelent customer service on advisory of products through to deliver of fridge.Thanks to all.

Excellent buying experience. Staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly. They stock a wide range of appliances, and know all about each one. I was offered same day delivery which I happily accepted. They set up, tested and thoroughly explained how to use the appliance before leaving with the old appliance. I unreservedly recommend that you try this shop for yourselves when looking for home electrical appliances. I very much doubt you will be disappointed.
