We left our cat Bandit here for two weeks and we were so happy that she was in such good caring hands. We can’t trust any other cattery, Sarah also kept me updated via WhatsApp and it was so reassuring to hear that bandit was ok. We appreciate them so much for always being so wonderfully caring and understanding! Bandit is an older cat and has to take medication twice everyday for her thyroid, and they took great care to give her medication everyday at the right time. They also kindly let us pick up bandit on a Sunday which we really appreciated so so much. Highly recommend them !

This cattery sets the highest standard for boarding cats. It is pristine clean and the kennels offer cats ample space. The cats have an option of being in an enclosed area with a bed if they want alone time. The care and attention our cat receives allows us the comfort of knowing she is very well cared for. We won't consider any other cattery...ever.

We had been bringing our cats to this place for over 5 years, until in 2016 when it was sadly the last time we did, as later that year one of our cats sadly passed, and we haven't really gone abroad since.However, this year we are hoping to go abroad so we would love to bring our cat here in the near future, as this place always takes EXCELLENT care of your pets. They always take into consideration any medication or health issues to take note of for your cats. When you leave your cat/s here, there isn't a sense of worry at all, cause you can tell these guys really do care and making sure your cats are happy is literally their speciality. Plus you can be rest assured that when you return to take your cats back, they'll not want to leave this place :-)

We used Pet Pals Boarding Cattery for our previous cat quite a few times. She was always really well looked after by Sarah and was happy to be there, even when she stayed for over a month when we were having building work done. Our new cat had her first visit in October - she is quite nervous so took her own blanket and toys. Sarah is always very welcoming and clearly cares about the cats she is looking after. I have been using Pet Pals Boarding Cattery for a number of years. The cattery is extremely well organised and clean. Sarah and her sister are friendly, helpful and nothing is to much trouble. The cattery has a professional approach to looking after my temperamental Maine Coon, and I feel reassured that she is in safe and capable hands when the family is on holiday.

This is an amazing cattery. My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.

I left my beloved cat Sylvester in the care of Sarah at Pet Pals. He settled in very quickly and was very comfortable. When I picked Sylvester up a few weeks later he was in great shape and didn’t seem to want to leave. The Cattery is very clean - recommended.
