I picked up my Click & Collect order from this store and was very impressed with the customer service from the gentleman. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The store was quite busy, but the atmosphere was relaxed and the customers happy.

I went to the store on Friday, I wanted a windermere coat. They did not have my size in store but they ordered it online for me, it was delivered today (Monday) foc. Excellent service and the coat is just what I was looking for.

Bought myself and my husband two amazing waterproof, windproof, long coats in different colours, both in the sale at an amazing price.
