Fix IT Repairs

Been going to this place for over five years. Any IT issues /phone issues it’s my go to place, always friendly always professional always the best prices is the only place in Liverpool to go for phone/IT solutions. Shout to Andrew great guy 5Stars

Was excellent until new owners took over 2 months ago. Awful service now. Avoid this place at all costs.

The guy told me immediately the reason my laptop wouldn't work had nothing to do with it's charger. They then had my device for over 2 weeks before charging me around £60 for a 'repair.' However, as soon as I had reason to charge my laptop again guess what? It wouldn't charge. Just what did my £60 pay for?

Samsung fixed 3 weedk ago all screen was completely faded soon as I picked it up! Thought it might of been just me as I was using me mums phone 4 afew days as thay shut the shop Thursday to Monday with no phone call to say phone not ready Friday. Screen was half inch to small plus kept freezing!! Got told to keep resetting even tho nothin apart from new screen was wrong with my phone told me if it keeps happening its the phone!! Shop shut again today so another £80 4 a new screen as fixit put a cheep screen in an it was faulty !! Excellent phone shop facing B an M county road .phone working perfect again

Waited a week after repair so not to review prematurely.. if there was an option for 4.5 stars, that is what I would have left but I feel as though I have to make a point that the experience has room for improvement.Once the issue with my machine was discovered, communication and fix time was absolutely great. However, during the diagnostic process, there was definitely a communication breakdown which I can see leading to some very frustrated reviews.That being said, I would recommend this place if you have a console or computer in need of repair.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. The service did not meet my expectations. I hope improvements can be made so I would consider coming back again in the future.

Took my xbox elite 1 controller in to get fixed after many visits and paying for initial fault that re-occured I picked it up with a refund still broken.They informed me they are not fixing xbox controllers anymore just PC's..

Had PC for about 3 weeks. Incorrectly diagnosed the issue with my PC (said it was cpu / motherboard), bought replacements, still wasn't working. Found out it was a PSU issue (which I suspected, but nothing was mentioned)Thanks for wasting my time.

Terrible place!Don't be fooled by 4.3 star (total) review. I should have dug deeper into those 1-2 stars and see the pattern of diabolical behaviour of this shop. Here's the summary:1) if they say it will take 2-3 days, they mean 2-3 weeks (if you are lucky!)2) if they say we 'will call/text you' - they Won't!3) when you inquire about the process after a week of silence- they make up things (a.k.a. waiting for parts)4) not answering the phones, so you HAVE to go to see them, unlucky you if you are not from around the area! Plus parking charges (spent £15 over 4 times I HAD to go there).NOW to the best part!5) this 'waiting for parts' was never true, as the issue was completely different. Which they figured out only when I demanded my laptop back and refused to leave the shop without it.6) they damaged my laptop!!! Not only they didn't fix it, they made it worse! It almost looks like they were using a crowbar to open my laptop.I honestly don't know how they are still operating! I'm sure there were many who had experienced the same but chose to remain silent. Avoid at any cost!

Took my Mac in which had cracks all under the screen area. They had a new screen refitted within 2 days and its working perfectly now!
