Great service from Tim W in Norwich with the purchase of our MG ZS. He was very clear in explaining the process and nothing was too much for him to do. He was also very patient when dealing with my husband's many questions. My son also thought it was worth mentioning that he makes a good hot chocolate too! Went to chose a new car. Decided to have a look at the Honda hybrid. Met by Cliff, a senior sales manager who was very thorough and friendly. He answered all of our questions, then enabled us to take a model of our chosen car out for a test drive. We ordered there and then and are looking forward to the delivery. 1st class service.

A week ago my wife and I collected our brand new MG HS Exclusive with all the bells and whistles and have thus far been blown away by how fantastic a vehicle she really is!From the moment we first attended Holden MG in Norwich we were provided an exemplary and vastly knowledgeable service by Mark Crane who was a pleasure with whom to deal and to whom we are most grateful.Recommending Holden MG Norwich is for us an easy thing and a place to which we will most certainly return when next we are looking for a new vehicle.** UPDATE **Unfortunately our delight turned sour and here is why: after a month or two every journey undertaken in our MG of more than 20 minutes would result in the Android Auto failing and the entertainment system crashing thus seizing. I tried to remedy the issue by resetting the entertainment system, by replacing the USB data cable and finally by purchasing a new Android smartphone of a very high specification all to no avail thus I contacted MG Service.In a short space of time our vehicle was booked in and the issue experienced by the service team who in turn petitioned MG direct for a software patch. Subsequently on the 16th of June we were booked in for our car to have installed upon it the patch produced by MG.On the way home after collecting our car the issue happened again although my wife and I in the hope it might only be a glitch thought to give the patch a few days. The following Monday having experienced the same issue on every journey I called MG Servicing and continued to do so for multiple times across two days because each call was never answered and every time I tried to leave a message an automated voice would state the voicemail full and then end my call.At this point and at the beginning of a three month contract I had undertaken I gave up in the knowledge I wouldn't have the time to deal with this issue until I had finished my work contract.Now my contract is completed I am hoping MG Holden will address the following issues my wife and I experience on every journey undertaken:1. Android Auto failure2. Entertainment system crash and seize.3. Sunroof opens again after closure.4. After closing the boot via the boot lid button or remote and locking the car at night in the morning the boot is open.5. When pulling away the start/stop randomly kicks in and the engine switches off.6. When accelerating the engine roars without any power to the wheels.7. When putting the gearbox into reverse it goes into park.
