Lovely friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful.We had only popped in for a look and ended up staying in for 45 minutes, coming out with two bags of clothes!The sales staff were really helpful in finding sizes and making good suggestions. Prices are good as well.

I feel when I'm shopping in this store that I am constantly harassed by staff members, they ask me if I need any help, some asking at least five times, I say straight away I am ok I will ask if I need something.Then if I go to touch an item of clothing again they approach me.Even though I have said please leave me alone to shop I can clearly see all I need to see.It has put me off going back to the store again, and I will not be returning.

Popped in on Sunday and got myself a new handbag at a great price. Staff were helpful and friendly and the shop itself was easy to navigate and not over crowded. Very pleased with the whole experience

Portsmouth Outlet two gorgeous lady Maj & Sara I hope it’s spelt it correctly. Made my day ,as they said they would try get me a bag strap as I bought a bag quite sometime ago and couldn’t find the strap !( missing without realizing) when I got the bag ! And was happy the called me and kept the strap for me ! So happy now I can use the bag ! Thank You two the both of you for you help and lovely smile every time I walk around n h! One of the worst shopping experiences ever.Gunwharf was always our favourite place and I was excited to see that Karl Lagerfeld is one of the shops there.We visited on the 27th of December and the way staff treated customers was just shocking. Nobody at the changing rooms, they expected customers to fold clothes and return them to where they were taken from.. Don't understand me wrong, I wouldn't mind doing so if they were busy or understaffed but there were three people on the shop floor and two of us shopping, nobody else.... So when I asked where can I leave the items I will not be buying I was told to put it back on the relevant shelves....I felt rushed through the entire experience, the same person came to us twice asking what are we buying today!When I eventually picked up what I came for, the person at the till was laughing and chatting to her colleague whilst serving us..I am all about keeping it casual" but conversation about "where are we going after work" should not be discussed in front of customers.We were not offered a bag

Dissapointing. From the ehole store, they have a small stand for mens where they are literally 4 pairs of shoes and a few tshirts.Takes me 1 minute to see everything.

Visited for my birthday in July, my husband treated me to a new handbag. The two ladies in store were so friendly and helpful. It was so nice to visit a store with lovely customer service. I would definitely visit again.
