Amazing customer service. Even though I had pins on my head and looked like a crazy lady (due to leaving the wedding's hairdresser midway to run erronds) they served me as quickly as they could possibly be.Reasonable prices, 100% recommended.

My phone number has been spoofed and I have been receiving hundreds of calls. To explain to anyone who does call me, I have left a clear answerphone message stating this. Snappy Snaps STILL proceeded to leave me a message asking me to call them back. I'd avoid this company if you want service from someone who pays attention to detail.

Came to these guys on my hands and knees begging for them to help with a collage for my mothers 70th birthday! There was a member of staff of theirs whom went out of there way to help us. Not only that but she moved mountains to get it printed in time, possible even jumped the queue. Shannon......Cant thank you enough!

I had some very old photos from the 1940s/1950s that I wanted enlarged. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good advice.

The most helpful and kindest staff imaginable. I was sorting out an order of service for my Dad's funeral and they helped so much and got it done beautifully. I've used them for other things too and they are so much better than struggling online.

Helpful, but expensive and QC problems: I paid £18 for a B+W develop and scan, to test a camera. The images were dreadful, most of the highlights blown out, anything slightly dark looked like it a bag of soot had been thrown over it. The guy at the desk was helpful. It was clear to both of us the problem was on the negative, and he re-scanned a few images for me, so I could satisfy myself the lens at least was good. I'm having to guess that the exposure is ok. He said the problem was the chemicals must been recently changed. Even so, it's a crazy amount of money to pay when quality control is poor, and your negatives could be ruined. I'm about to spend a week in the Alps and won't risk any future films with SnappySnaps. For £9 each I can get the colour films developed and scanned at the highest resolution by Silbersalz in Germany.

Highly recommend, great fast service processing my disposable cameras. And the person that served me was incredibly polite and well mannered.
