Pia our designer is the most wonderful Professional - she goes way be beyond what you would expect with visits to other sites. She listens and helps you choose the right products with you. She’s amazingly practical and responsive to all our queries. Outstanding service thank you. The quality of the installation and product is very good. I can warmly recommend Sola.

Kitchen fitted Summer 2022: Do not use. We had a terrible experience with sola, really upsetting and a lot of stress. Not what anyone needs with such a big, expensive item in your family home. A couple of specific things:(1) They aren't actually bespoke - they limit your options on simple things like drawers. We were given two options to choose from, it then took them 6 weeks to eventually come back and say yes we could have two drawers the same height.(2) They try and hood wink you over what is oak, what is oak veneer and what is MDF. We had to ask at least 5 times for a clear differentiation between the two and having to go to their showroom to really make sure we were getting what we wanted. They would use oak" when they meant veneer - a very big difference. And it took up a lot of our time checking them.(2) They don't manufacture their kitchens

I had a very rude first call with a designer from this kitchen company. I wanted to visit their showroom and the designer could hardly be bothered to make an appointment and had a very bad phone manner. 6 months lead times and their kitchens start at £35,000 so the message was pretty much not to bother. Don't waste your time or money with rude people with no customer service manner.

I have decided to write a review of Sola Kitchens.Kitchen ordered in May, this business have a very strange method of luring you in. I explained my budget which we worked with, done a series of design workshops with Rita but you can only see the design in the showroom, you can’t take it home to review or decide further without paying a very large sum deposit. I do feel this process should be reviewed, an option would be to set a smaller fee to cover the designers time.I went ahead with the deposit and we went into more detailed design, significant costs increases came during this period such as under counter lights etc. where you have no control, the cost is what it is. I will say that Rita is a very good designer but it’s a big commercial exercise and at times felt as though the company was trying to get as much money as possible.I was committed at this stage so to save some money, I got my own fitters and sources the worktops elsewhere.The kitchen arrived within the time period given and I can’t fault the quality of the units.I also had two wall units with specialist glass where the glass didn’t come with the delivery.It’s been 30 weeks since I ordered the kitchen and I still have no glass for the wall units. The most disappointing part of the process is the customer service, I really feel once they have your deposit the attentiveness of their staff changes.I have emailed several times regarding the missing glass for the wall units, not once have they reached out to me with an update. I’ve no idea when the glass will arrive or if it will arrive at all. (And this being the most expensive glass I’ve ever come across)In a nutshell, nice kitchens but too expensive for what they are and customer service needs an awful lot of improving.

Why can't I give ten stars? I looked at a number of kitchen design companies and not one of them even remotely matched Sola Kitchens. Friendly, efficient, wonderful ideas handed over without making me feel like an idiot for not thinking of them (!) and best of all brilliant work ethic and design capabilities all wrapped up in the fabulous Laura Doliczny. I have now used them for two kitchens and a set of wardrobes and am thrilled. The installers are one of the great attributes of Sola, careful, kind, friendly and always extraordinarily detail focussed. The cabinetry is really good quality which is comforting as beautiful kitchens are not cheap, but I'm confident will probably live longer than me! All of this has ensured that the kitchens and wardrobes are not just kitchens and wardrobes but thoroughly eye-popping and make me happy every time I use them.

Sola Kitchens fitted our kitchen in 2013; we were super impressed (as were others as shortlisted in for a national kitchen design award and appeared in publications).Since then, Sola have completed some additional works. These included fitting a wine fridge and ensuring perfect integration / match and in making adjustments for a replacement fridge freezer.As always, totally impressed with Sofia and her team. Awesome service.

Thank you Sola Kitchens for your support again, for ordering new hinges and attending so quickly to get our fridge and cabinetry closing properly again. We have had our Sola Kitchen for 8 years, it gets heavy use and it looks as good and works as well as the day it was fitted, well worth the odd visit by the Sola maintenance team - it seems there is nothing Robban can't fix :)

I couldn't recommend Sola highly enough. From our designer Laura through to Kendelle our on site project manager. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and love of what they do shine through. It felt sad when the project was completed!They listened, collaborated and it was a real pleasure to have such a great team.

From the first moment we met with Sofia, I found Sola Kitchens extremely professional and super easy to deal with. Sofia listened to my requirements and did her upmost to incorporate our wishes. Not only did she listen but she came up with some fantastic ideas. I had asked for some specifications that were never done before, especially in our laundry room and they were met beyond my expectation. Even the guys who did the installation were very professional and on time. I am more than happy with my kitchen and laundry. I have found all my dealings with the staff at Sola Kitchens to be competent, knowledgeable and warm and would highly recommend Sola Kitchens!
