Great website and I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I Had a problem with a DAB E.sybox mini Water Pressure Booster Pump.I asked DAB if they could send an engineer to fix the unit. This is after I have spoken to their Tech team to try and identify the problem my self.They said I would have to go back to the company I brought it off.I was told on the phone that If I had brought the unit from a company I won't name, then the warranty is void.Luck I did not buy from that company. But I did buy from Complete Pump supplies.I contacted complete pump supplies to be told DAB do not come to site and that I would have to send the unit back by post to DABs baseAnd I would have to pay for the postage for the unit to be returned to me.The unit is a big lump so would have cost me a good few £££sAs my service to my customers is far better than DABs or Complete Pump supplies, I replaced the unit at my cost with a GRUNDFOS SCALA2 3-45 VARIABLE SPEED HOME BOOSTER with 5 year warranty.The customer is happy as this is a far superior unit in my opinion, and less noisy. and not a lot more cost. (Im of + £400 out of pocket)I will never use DAB or Complete Pump supplies again. the warranty DAB give is next to useless.I Expect as a customer of Complete pump supplies, they could have made up for the service DAB obviously lack and helped me out.Im just sad that I had to give 1 star.
