Sammy's Basin

This fishing pond is a day ticket venue which is collected by a bailiff at some point through out the day. They are very friendly and are more than will to give ad is on how it fishes. It's well stocked with carp,bream,skimmers,roach,perch and a few pike. The pond has a wooden walkway built around it which you fish from as no fishing is aloud on the tow path side.Be aware it does get very busy over the weekend and school holidays

Was a cracking little place to fish back in the day sadly went downhill poorly managed to many unsavoury people etc.
