Large store, relaxed atmosphere, lots of choices! Chloe was a great help, knew her stuff. Only downside is the 8-week delivery schedule, but that's to be expected. Now awaiting our new sofas!

Nice and clean lovely sofas.. staff very friendly..Came to purchase a sofa with my partner, the assistant John was very helpful and polite. Even though we've changed our minds a few times of which sofa to get. In the end went home happy. But next day realised it wouldn't all fit in living room.. long story short we're getting what we now want after a bit of error in size of our room. Can't wait till new sofa arrives... only 8 weeks.. I hope.

Just purchased a leather leather lounge suite from DFS Grantham and dealing with Jarvis was a pleasure, very efficient, professional and offering us all necessary information including insurance, cleaning and maintenance kits taking necessary care of the lounge suite. Thank you Jarvis.

Popped in to have a look today and walked out with the paperwork for a brand new sofa. Jack was incredibly welcoming and the team were very helpful in light of medical problems.Jack mentioned he hadn't been with you long, but you've got an asset right there! Great character, informative and when he didn't know something was honest and went to ask. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely vivid. Called customer service in advance to look for a certain sofa to try before you buy (as my local doesnt have it in store) . Arrived at dfs at 7pm reassued by customer they are open until 8 and also the site, google and literally everywhere states opening hours are 8pm. Alas after driving 45 mins there the place is CLOSED! change your opening hours!!! Lost my custom.!

Good range of furniture. Staff very helpful and friendly. Oh, and the free coffee is a welcome bonus.

Nice and quiet even though it was a Saturday. Harley was extremely helpful, very friendly and no hard sell! Good selection of suites will be back to order

Great store with the perfect amount of sofas to choose from. Lovely and clean, with friendly staff providing exceptional customer service.We had narrowed it down to 2 sofas and spent a few trips deciding. Popping into the store when we could, to try and finalise the choice.We were driving past and popped in at 1900hrs when the store was due to close at 2000hrs. We were finally happy with our choice, Jarvis and Harley were happy to stay a little later to process the order, there and then.They were both very professional, smart, and helpful. they were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.All the DFS sales professionals adopt a fantastic sales style, always ready to help but not pushy at all. Perfect customer service. The last sofa we bought from DFS was 16 years ago and it's still in perfect condition. so we know the quality of the products they sell are durable and at a great price point.thank you.

Very well looked after by Lian in Grantham store.Whilst purchasing new sofa.Sadly within 24hrs we had issues as the seating started to sag. Told we need to wait at least 3 weeks before getting someone to look at it. Well that happened yesterday Feb 2021.Not happy initially with what was said that this is normal, so waiting for next stage. Will update this when I hear more.So to continue. I have reduced my rating. We had a service Manager Simon come. Looked at sofa and stated nothing he didn't expect from a sofa of 4 weeks old. The leather is expected to wrinkle and seating to give. Nothing wrong. Said he would send us his report and report back to Grantham Manager. Never heard a word. Called store to be told nothing wrong.Will not be refunded or replaced as they don't believe anything wrong.We waited few more weeks then advised to request a second opinion. Called and put through to Ryan in Nottingham store. Pleasant man who arranged for another service manager to come. He duly arrived and said although this is normal wear and tear for a sofa of several months he could suggest it have more foam added but that's all. We felt had no option but go through what they suggested and few weeks later had more foam put under the recliner seats. Well this was a few months ago and it's horrid. Looks a mess . Sunken. Uncomfortable and looks in worse state than our other sofa of 4yrs of age. Can't believe we expected to pay for this for nearly 3yrs. DFS really should be ashamed of themselves selling shoddy badly made furniture. Shame on you
