Very trustworthy and knowledgeable guys, also they're quick. Great standard of finish and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy before they left. Also they were very considerate and accommodating with my dog. Finally, they could have pushed for new installations on work that has been done by previous fitters and refused considering what was there. Instead they worked with it for now advised me correctly and left the decisions with me. I would whole heartedly recommend these over anyone in the area. Thanks again guys, great work.

The team have been great from start to finish. Came out and gave us advice about the windows when we were had issues after moving into the our property. They did a fantastic job with our windows, we're very happy with the service!!

Turned up as arranged following call to confirm they were on the way, replaced window hinges efficiently. Easy payment by card. Happy with job all good.

New tri-fold door, a front door, 3 new windows and repairs to door and window. All 100% completed to a high standard and they look fantastic. I can not fault the lads who fitted the windows, they were professional and tidied up after themselves to a high standard (a particular bug bear of mine when you have work done in your house).I would definitely recommend Valley Windows & Repairs to anyone; top job, top workers.

Brilliant they constructed a conservatory from scratch for me, the builder Paul was very clean professional and has gone on to do other works for me, Gareth came on time kept all his promises and nothing was ever any trouble. For them, this was done last summer, since then he has done works for my Mum and sister, I’d recommend them a million percent, so a big than you for my lovely warm spacious conservatory.. if your looking for a professional call on these guys they are brilliant, and thank you to Gareth’s wife for the tiles, thanks guys, Gareth, Paul, Matthew, Dave and all of you.

Worst business I have ever come across. My door wouldn’t lock the first night and still needs to be pulled forcibly to ensure it is shut. It has a gap at the top. They damaged the lintel above the knockout (bi-fold doors fitted) and left broken bricks on the outside wall where no attempt was made to match the current grouting/cement. When I reported the problems Gareth (previous Director of M Installation Ltd that underwent compulsory liquidation as he couldn’t afford to pay his debts hence the reason why Valley Windows was set up in the name of a family member i.e. Nicola Gale trading as Valley Windows) just came to my house without asking permission prior to doing so and let himself into my garden. They left a load of rubbish in my garden and emptied the remains of their plaster bucket onto some wood in my garden also. My terms and conditions include making good inside and out but after I complained a new document suddenly appeared via email with the disclaimer ‘ no making good inside or out’! Stay away at all costs!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional - from helping to design our windows to answering queries to actually doing the job, Valley Windows were brilliant! Great communication about what would happen when, punctual, respectful of our home and left it clean & tidy afterwards. Delighted with our windows and front door. Highly recommended.

Have just had Valley Windows doing a job for me in Nantymoel. We needed 4 windows replaced, 12 new handles, 2 door locks replaced, a number of bottom rails and hinges replaced all on 2 visits. I was really pleased with the quality of their workmanship and they stayed until they had finished even though it was well past 6 pm. All for a very reasonable price. Well done and highly recommended.

Awful, awful, awful!!Cor where do I start. A disaster from start to finish…..Glass was rippled. Extremely poor workmanship. Edges not finished. Window not sealed. Window sill wobbly and not even level.Worst of all, they damaged the kitchen worktop as didn’t bother to put any protective sheets down!The 1.5 day job turned into a 3 week nightmare!!!!Tried to explain to Graham (The boss) about the problems. He just ignored me and implied I was making it up. All he was focussed on was payment, payment, payment.This company is all about money and definitely not about the customer or quality of job!!!!With so many choices of window companies in the area, I would strongly urge that you go elsewhere. I have 17 more windows that need changing, but this company won’t be getting any more business from me.AVOID!!!

We used Valley windows and repairs for 2 new windows, new porch with cladding and guttering and a knock out to put french doors in where a window was. They were very competitive and didn't hound us or keep ringing to see if we had, had other quotes back and if we were going to go with then or another company (like JP windows did to us!)There was a lot of working being done all at once with the knock out and we were booked in for 4 days but the team (I say team as of how well they worked together to get everything done in the timescale they had and obstacles that weren't expected along with their communication skills making it easier for them to work together to get it done) did it in 3.We have a 3 year old that's half days in school and they were fantastic with her when she was home from school, as all 3 year olds are nosey and she wanted to know what was going on all the time and wanting to watch them so she was in their way a lot of the time, but they didn't complain once just talked to her and involved her in the process.The guys were always checking with myself or my husband if we are happy with the progress they were making and went around with us checking if everything was okay and how we wanted it. They were also punctual and polite and I have to say worked extremely hard! (I think they took 1 lunch break I the 3 days) The owner was also popping up to see how they were getting on and to chat to us about the process which we found very comforting.We are very happy with the service they provided from start to finish and we will be using them in the future.Highly recommended.
