Great service. After being let down by another company I rang Towcraft who had a roof box and bars in stock. They fitted them for me as soon as i arrived and we were able to pack for holiday. Thanks.

Had a Thule roof box fitted by the guys at Towcraft. Good price, fitting done within an hour and when one of the clamps casing cracked they swapped it out there and then. Excellent customer service.

The knowledgeable staff gave me good advice on choice of towbar and did a good neat job. A week or so later my reversing sensors stopped working. They were happy to fix the problem on the same day while I waited even though it might or might not have been their fault. Excellent service.

I really liked the friendly, honest, staff, who helped me at every stage of the process.I also love their excellent policy of treating 'advisories' as 'fails', meaning they will only sell you a car that has 100% passed its MOT.I'd definitely recommend this garage if you are buying a used car.Tom

I had a towbar fitted to my Mini. The workmanship was good however the customer service left a lot to be desired. Knowing I live half an hour away, they rang me at 4.50pm to say my car was ready. I said i'd be half an hour but they said they close at 5pm but reluctantly stayed open until I arrived. I needed to swap my number plates over and was practically ushered onto a busy road to finish fitting my number plates - in heavy rain. I had no offer of help and Trevor the manager just wanted to lock up and go home. Such a let down. Also, I wasn't shown the towbar and explained what they had done. (the electric socket folds up under the bumper - I wasn't informed of any of this. I won't be going to Towcraft" again."

Excellent people who clearly know their stuff. Even kind enough to give me a lift to work to minimise the disruption while the car wars fitted. Very competitively priced. Clear demonstration provided at the end. Overall auperb. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
