We are happy we went with Horizontal Matters and would definitely use them again. Stuart was great - always helpful and clearly knew his stuff. We also couldn’t fault the fitting team - Marvin and Mikey. They had great attention to detail and were hard working and very professional. The new carpets really look wonderful.

Thank you Horizontal Matters - we had to find good soundproofing underlay for our sitting room - which is not easy but Stuart was very helpful and problem solved our issues with noise and now we have greatly reduced noise from above - and their fitters were very professional and jolly

Fabulous job on my old floor boards they have come back to life again.. looking great thanks to Michael. Stuart was brilliant through the whole process the conduit providing quote and advice professional and really helpful... and he even came back a few weeks later to help me move furniture back onto my revitalised woodern floorboards. I would highly recommend.. fair price and brilliant result. Very happy customer ..

Stuart came around to measure at very short notice, and we were able to explore a lot of options at the showroom that day as well.Stuart gave us a very reasonable price which was also incredibly competitive, and gave very honest advice to help us find what we were looking for with no attempt to try and upsell us to any particular product.Mike and the fitting team were very prompt and professional, working very quickly and had the job completed within the day!We are very happy with our new floors and will most likely return to Horizontal Matters for any future work we want done.

Stuart was available to answer my queries throughout and installation by Michael and his team was fast and professional. We are a local nursery and got in toward with Horizontal Matters to carpet and replace the vinyl in one of our rooms.The service we received has been beyond excellent. The team made sure to respond efficiently (this was something as a nursery we appreciated immensely) and provided an outstanding service.They have worked around our routine and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We were able to speak to familiar people and those who had excellent knowledge of the job we needed done so we never had to reexplain ourselves which you sometimes get with larger chain companies.The team working with us were very polite and always answered our questions and requests with ease.We'd definitely recommend Horizontal Matters and look forward to working with them again for future flooring needs.

Horizontal Matters fitted a new parquet floor in our hallway, living room and landing and replaced our stairs with wooden boards. They did an excellent job right through from our first design conversation with Stuart to the fitting itself by Michael. They have been very responsive and have taken all our design requests into account. Top company that I’d recommend without hesitation. We’ll be back for our carpets soon!

I would recommend Stuart and his team having used them recently to lay Altro flooring in our bathroom. Stuart was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest a solution to us that we hadn't thought about. The service from start to finish has been excellent and we are more than happy with the end result. We will definitely use Horizontal Matters again.
