Amazing food- ordered the Man v Food boxes- delicious! My only criticism (and I use the word lightly) is that they added a dessert waffle with chocolate in the same box- too sweet and not for me but nice idea. Would definitely order again! also not sure why they get a rep for poor customer service- I didn’t have any issues ordering and my husband didn’t have issues collecting, perfectly polite and order was on point.

I genuinely am baffled at all of the bad reviews on here. Me and my husband visited this place today and honestly it was worth the 1 hour drive down. I have tried a few of these boxes offering the same sort of food but the bar has been set really high by bando boxes as they are by far THE BEST! We got the Man Vs Food box which consisted of lobster, wings, prawns, Mac n cheese, peri fries, fried plantain, corn on the cob and waffles and we got a box with bando chops and wings and all the same sides as the other box and we were absolutely blown away at how amazing everything tasted ! You can tell that everything is made from scratch it is well seasoned and just out of this world. Customer service is really good too! My husband is a fussy eater and we both literally could not pick out anything that could be improved ! These guys deserve so many more high ratings! Credit where it’s due! You have earned a customer for life. Wish you nothing but the best for the future of your business. :)

I never leave reviews but this had to be said. Just ordered this expecting quality for the price. The chicken was red and inedible and everything else was just as bad, I’ve honestly never seen anything like it before. Don’t waste your money, extremely disappointed to receive such low quality APPALLING food.

This is my experience here, I really dont understand the reason behind this horrible encounter!:1) I entered the restaurant and asked the guy working there about the Prawns options2) He refered me to the menu3) I asked him how many prawns are in the £19.99 option to evaluate ordering more than a plate (I was so hungry)4) The grumpy guy ignored my question. When I asked again (thinking he didnt hear me) he told me “9 pieces and if you want cheap food go to next door”!!I was surprised with that absolutely aggressive and repulsive attitude. I told him that you're kicking your customers away with that sort of behavior. He started to argue and became even more aggresive so I left.

Order ID #8725 Poor food poor service, was recommended by a friend to order from here. Firstly the delivery driver was very rude because he couldn’t find the place told me it was a “crazy order” his English was very bad he couldn’t even understand simple words. When we got the food we had no cutlery or tissue which is needed with this sort of food. We spent £54 on the food and we wasn’t impressed firstly the peri wings were over cooked and black. The corn was soggy the Mac and cheese had barely any cheese, the prawns were bland. When anyone spends that sort of money on food they expect the food and service to be on point. The rice wasn’t bad but it’s not hard to cook rice and the waffle made you forget how bad the meal. I feel cheated, may as well of gone to a Caribbean shop spend half the money and get better tasting food. You can’t even contact them by number which I think is extremely unprofessional. I feel like they don’t care about the customers. I won’t be ordering or recommending this place to anyone. Avoid if you don’t want be disappointed because you certainly will. Also wanted a refund but couldn’t contact anyone. Feel cheated.

We had a very good take away experience. Scan menu on your phone, plenty options for seafood lovers. We had 2 bendo box one is prawn with lobster, and the other one is the sea bass with lobster. Very tasty, the seafood is full of flavors, also it come with sweet corn, fries, deep fried bananas and waffle. I would say it’s definitely worth to try, not cheap for a take away with a not big size of a portion but definitely treat yourself.
