Exceptional service from Barry and his colleagues, when we didn't even buy from this branch.We purchased 4 metre lengths of the white gloss ceiling panels from two other branches only to find them damaged. We called Falkirk to see if they had any stock. Barry was honest, helpful and interested in our plight to finish an installation. He personally arranged for a driver to bring two packs through from their Edinburgh branch to him and then arranged collection and delivery to their Lanarkshire branch, exceptional service. Barry is an asset to this company. I would recommend anyone to travel to this branch to make their purchases you will not be disappointed. If only we all had employees like Barry.

Would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful and when I inadvertently ordered the wrong size of wet wall they changed my order straight away and arranged for panels to be brought through from another store. Speedy delivery too. Thank you Falkirk team (esp Connor).
