Way more expensive than other Greggs, staff attitude was almost as stinky as the toilets, which incidentally were closed. (Legal requirement to provide toilets if you have more than 10 seats in your “cafe” by the way).Good luck getting what you hoped for as well, stock is awful even at 12:30pm.Rough.

Stopped for a snack on Friday 7th July. Was served by a lovely young lady. Very chatted. Made our visit pleasurable.

A lovely restaurant tucked away from the motorways, very hussle and bussle in there with alot of movement at once and alot of activity happening but the staff were fantastic with keeping up with the restaurant,food was great as always service was very friendly my only downside that loses them points unfortunately which isn't even their fault is the antisemitic graffiti spewed across the bathroom toilets! I only mention this in the hopes someone notices and addresses it before it causes someone/the restaurant/Karen more trouble than necessary.

Lovely Greggs at the Cirencester services just on the A417. Plenty of parking and seating. Nice coffee. Good place for a quick break.

We got a cup of tea and a pasty OK plus a toilet break.Not up to Gregg's usual standard. Low on stocks, rubbish not cleared and no coffee on offer.Staff serving were friendly and efficient.

The toilets were out of action. The bacon and cheese wrap that I ordered was cold although the assistant offered to make another one but I could not wait.

Scruffy and very untidy and toilets not regularly serviced. Greggs food was ok but staff could do with a personality transplant

Typical Greggs, same food and drink as all other Greggs. Toilets were shut.

Very dirty. Greggs standard of food and service.There should be more respect for your visitors. Toilet is the worst I have seen in a very long term.I will never stop there again. I would rather we in a bush.
