It's 4:50AM, we're into 3rd hour of listening to the fire alarm going on and off every minute or so. The company's website promises 24h emergency callout but the phone number is nowhere to be found.

MasterFire Life Safety Systems Ltd.
Installed it in 2008 and never worked, paid thousands out to them for installing and apparently certifying it. Tried getting them to come and service it, repair it, fix faults and they refuse and ignore. No aftercare. Then throw a hissyfit if you get someone external out to fix it...
