2nd shower tray damaged, 1st one with chip in it, offered £40 when I've spent over £1000. 2nd tray as per photos, this is how they ship their products. Nothing upright, packaging ripped, missing parts, and they don't like to answer phones. For a company that makes big claims they don't stack up for me. Yes, they did send missing items by post the following day, but I had to wait 3 days to get another damaged shower tray. Does no one check what is sent out? Obviously not, more likely apathy... Not my problem" so if you read the review be prepared to get something similar.Update on review....the new tray has arrived. I will check it next Monday when I'm back at the property. However

We bought Vidalux Kontrast TS 800 x 800 Quadrant Hydro Shower Cabin one year ago. Being 215cm high it was perfect for our low ceiling bathroom.Process of ordering and delivery was good.The shower glass panel was cracked next to the fixing holes. The trap with flexible pipe leaked in two places because the plastic moulding had holes in it. Had to buy a new trap and pipe.Instruction was very vague and diagrams small and hard to see.The rubber seal for the door split before we even installed it.We didn't like that to install it we had to drill the shower tray and column sides and it required silicon to be used on all joins.Nice door mechanism and back glass panels easy to keep clean.Good communication from Vidalux.

I purchased a 1 person sauna in 2021 after much research trying to decide which one was the right one for me. I decided to go with Vidalux as they had the most detailed and helpful information. I was sceptical about hot it would be as I had only used a traditional sauna before but needn’t have worried. More about that later. I ordered the sauna as the website said it was in stock. I got an email back saying it was out of stock and had to be made in Europe and would be a 6 week wait. It was mid pandemic so whilst frustrating, understandable. It took around 10 weeks in all. I bought it on interest free option and payments did not start until it was delivered.It was delivered on a pallet wrapped in cling film luckily on a dry day. I unpacked it outside and everything was nicely packed to protect it. I’m a reasonable diy’er and found it easy. A couple of fiddly bits that not everyone will get. I had taken by bath out as it was never used and put quality laminate flooring on a concrete base. Even though floor was spirit level flat the door was catching on the bottom wood panel. I had to put a spacer under the glass panel with hinges on to lift it before securing it. Then on closing the door the door was catching in one corner. No hinge adjustment so I got a pry bar and lifted one corner at the front and saw the sauna square up. There are no adjusters on the feet which would have made things easy so I put a spacer under the foot. As I said very minor issues that not everyone may experience. I assembled it on my own and just need a lift to put the top on.Using the sauna is simple. I switch it on and the first thing is a voice says Bluetooth pairing. My phone instantly connects. I leave it for 10 minutes while I get ready. In 10 minutes it’s nice and warm to sit comfortably. I set the timer for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes I feel comfortable thinking it’s ok but not hot enough, but after 20 mins sweat has started to form. Still comfortable but by 30 minutes sweat is pouring out of me. I increase the time by 10 minutes and by 40 minutes I’ve had enough. I can stand high temperature saunas and am very impressed with it. I take books in and they never damage.I bought the back support and would recommend it for comfort.In conclusion, I was sceptical and took months to take the plunge but don’t be worried. I use it a couple of times a week. Used to cost 20p a session but now 50p with current energy prices 01/23. Monitored on my smart meter. If you’re on the fence all I can say is go for it. I’m really happy I did and everyone who sees it and uses it always says Wow!Vidalux were great to deal with throughout. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great communication and friendly staff.

The shower cabin was speedily dispatched and now its installed it looks great. I love the steam function. I did have cause to speak to Vidalux but they were keen to help.

Installed myself with minimum issues, on to new click floor,Re - positioned hot & cold supply also drain outlet, assembled cabinetin a couple of hours, part two handed, we have been using for about 3 months now, grandkids certainly put it through its paces,Works a treat, highly recommended,Vidalux staff very helpful with information from our planning stage to delivery.Mr D Gatenby

I had quite a tight space as I only have a small ensuite but the 800x800 shower cabin fitted perfectly.If you think the Bluetooth speaker wont sync, you'd be wrong.If you think you won't get a buzz every time the lights come on, you'd be wrong again.If you think the steam cabin won't be like sitting in a steam room then you have a hat trick.I love a good steam and it gets as hot as you'll be able to handle (get the water softener if - a nice little extra if you're in a hard water area). I also got the temperature controlled shower head, which I love.Very pleased with my purchase.

This is a really good company to deal with. Much cheaper by going direct to them rather than a plumbing shop for example.It was easy to order our steam cabin shower and arranging delivery was also easy and done through emails. The shower was well packaged on a pallet and no parts were damaged due to this. One pack of steam oils did go missing in shipping and was replaced straight away with a simple phone call.The shower itself is holding up well with 4 months of daily use and no issues. I recommend a window squeegee for getting the excess water off the glass after every use.

The Shower Cabinet was delivered very promptly and on our specified date. It was all very securely packed onto one pallet. The assembly of it was extremely easy for our plumber and it went together perfectly. My first use of it was exactly as I wanted and there were no problems at all. The space inside was more than adequate with plenty of room to move and turn around without any hindrance. Altogether perfect.

WARNING - I wouldn't recommend buying Vidalux products. I bought a sauna with a 5 YEAR WARRANTY, it arrived with 1 speaker broken and a heating element broken - no worries. They sent me a replacement element, great all was fine. A couple of months later the sauna would shut off prematurely, they told me the issue was with the electric box, they sent me a replacement. When I checked the electrical connections is was too complicated for a layman so I had to hire an electrician to replace it for me. A year and a half later, one of the elements stopped working, no problem, I ordered a new one but I removed the element shield, the connecting wire was completely cut off. I checked another element by removing the shield and there I the wooden panel had been charred and is flaking charcoal pieces. I mentioned this to Vidalux, they said they can replace the speaker but the rest isn't covered under warranty and they want me to fix it. Basically, I bought a product and have been paying to fix it since the beginning.
