Becky's Fitness

Becky's classes are so much fun, you can't help but smile. There's no pressure and you can take the fitness to your own level with a fantastic co-coordinator leading and motivating you on. Becky is clearly very passionate about what she does and it's great to keep fit with her.

Zumba is fabulous. A class of like minded, hip swivelling ladies who want to have fun & keep fit. Becky is a great teacher & brings out the best in us. You will leave feeling energised & with a big smile.

I’d been attending Becky’s in person classes prior to lockdown but it was an absolute lifeline when the pandemic hit. Becky’s classes are now such an established part of my routine. I love the 15min sessions at 7:30 which always make me feel like I’ve started the day right and vary between metabolic conditioning and dynamic stretching. There’s no such a huge repository of saved classes that I can always find something to suit my mood and energy levels. And I try and join a live class a couple of times a week to see Becky’s smiling face and start/end the week on a high. I’ve never felt so fit and healthy in my life and I’m approaching 50. And it’s so competitively priced too. Do it! You won’t regret it.
