Starbucks coffee in arrivals area of the airport. Let down by the dirty tables, 3 staff behind the counter and no one to clean the tables.

The place is filthy, I had to clear my own table and after 45 minutes nobody has come to collect the rubbish. Fluff, fingernails and rubbish left in the windows and layered in dust. Tables are not clean and nor is the floor. Staff seemed to enjoy the chats with each other rather than doing their jobs. I also stood waiting for my drink whilst the staff chatted amongst themselves, when I asked for my drink the only response I received was a roll of the eyes before being presented with the coffees minus a smile or apology.

Tables filthy, floor filthy, chairs covered in crumbs and food, apron lying on the floor next to the kitchen, flies in the cake display cabinet and all around the tables, then I watched the lady make my drink and sneeze over it three times as she was making it. I have never left a bad review but this is the worst starbucks (or cafe in general) I have ever been to in my life, and with a 3 hour turn around for our connecting flight it is expected that there be a clean and comfortable eating area. Not sure if the staff just don't care or can't be bothered but I've been sat at a table for 40 minutes so far and I'm still sat next to dirty plates from the people that were here before us (photo attached, not our food) and they aren't even particularly busy. There is one person making an order as I write this and not one staff member has come round to wipe down or clean up the tables. This place is disgusting. Avoid.

Great service! We unfortunately spilled our full drink and the staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us to clean everything up and even remade our drink for free!

Prime location at arrivals but sadly rather poor service (unfriendly - not even a hello, no offer to warm up pastries, dirty cups and dishes on almost all tables) and the first time I had coffee at Starbucks that tasted outright burned. For the premium price, I would expect more.

Ordering is fast ! Getting your order well rebook your flight it's 15-20 mins wait due to only 3 staff and one coffe machine. Another machine would be productive.

4 customers in Starbucks, half the seating areas closed off (due to time of day), but neither of the two staff cleared any of the 12 dirty tables in the main area while I was there. Not busy, not one joy of interest in making the stay pleasurable. Those dirty tables had used cups, wrappers, spillages on some but not a finger lifted to clear it. Shame.
