The owner is often rude and treats customers with contempt. She often shouts at customers , as if they are deaf , and is aggressive when the problem is often her English .She does not accept responsibility when something goes wrong with your nails. And blames you for any problems that you may have with your nails?!Some of the men she has working for her are inexperienced and inadequate, causing uneven nails, sore culticles abs more.The salon makes you feel as though you are being rushed , not a relaxing experience at all.There are far better nail salons , either in St Austell or Truro, than this salon . I’d definitely recommend going to them rather than put yourself through the grief of going to Kim!So pleased to see that she now had competition in the form of Diamond Nails… I hope people start going there instead!

Really bad nails. I had a walk in appointment and 2 hours later I noticed that several of them were squidgy. The gel had not set properly before applying the top coat. My nails weren’t coated fully in the top coat, they’re lumpy not filed correctly and I have varnish all around my fingernails. For £25 I’d expect a lot better.

Ive been coming here for 2 yrs now,every 3 wks for builders gel and varnish. Always pleased with the results. Highly recommend this salon.

I started coming to Anh and co a few years ago after the salon was recommended to me by a several friends. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! The salon is beautiful and so clean. The staff are wonderful, Kim makes me smile and laugh every time! I am always so happy with my nails and enjoy my visits. The colour choice is huge and I get perfect results every time. The staff work quickly but flawlessly and it’s easy to get an appointment. Pricing is great. I can’t stress enough how lovely this salon is! Would highly recommend and lots of my friends now use the Salon too. X

Lovely little nail salon. Kim always goes the extra mile, and finds solutions to any problems with my nails. Kim is so talented with free hand nail art. Always so pleased with the results! Will always use this place

I have had acrylic nails done for a number of years but I have to say that Kim is the best! Very professional, but always greets you with an happy smile and so helpful when I can’t make up my mind what shade to go for! I would recommend them without hesitation.
