I had a wonderful customer experience today when picking out my Christmas tree. Tilly was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even trimmed the tree base for me so it would fit in my tree stand. My tree looks beautiful and I will absolutely be back again next year to get my tree from Pines and Needles :)

First time choosing my own tree. It was perfect. Lasted for a full month and dropped very few needles. The service was friendly and helpful. Best tree I’ve had.

Be prepared to be let down. .My disappointment was merely being there at 8am at their publicised Sunday opening time. No one showed up. I gave up at 8.40am as had other commitments across town.I got chatting to three other people. They all had something in common. All had placed an order in person yesterday - paid £30 extra for the delivery of their paid-for tree - only to have the irritation of no delivery and no message to explain why there were let down.

Really good for pines but they do not sell needles, so don’t try to buy needles here.

Paid for a tree and delivery, but nobody delivered, call, message or email saying why. After loosing time waiting for the tree went back to store. No tree no refund, because need to call head office. Waist more time on phone to be told needed to email.4 days after still no tree and no refund. Very, very poor customer service.
