Excellent shop, great advice, friendly staff and probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Items purchased, delivered and installed on the same day.Any issues (if any) are always sorted very quickly. Their after sales service is amazing. If you have ever had issues with something bought from Argos etc you will really appreciate how East Antrim Electrical operate.

A really well equipped household electrical goods shop. Selling Tellys, Washing machines., fridges etc. Really friendly staff on hand to give good advice. We purchased a new washing machine. Good prices as well, comparable to the well known large national retailers. Thoroughly recommend them. Linda in shop pleasant and very helpful.

We recently bought a new fridge freezer from Paul who gave us friendly advice, great customer service and all at a very good price. Delivery was fast and on time as promised, and installed expertly by the brilliant Mel who very helpfully shared his knowledge on the machine before removing the old unit and packaging at no extra cost.All round great service, highly recommended. Support local trade.

Brilliant service, ordered a new tumble dryer and dishwasher and they delivered them the next day! Very friendly and helpful guys in store and on delivery. Installed the new items for us with a quick rundown on how they worked (even put the salt in the dishwasher for us) and took the old stuff away. Delivery to Carrick was free which was a nice bonus!
