I had a problem with my hand brake on my Mercedes Vito automatic, took it to few garages they did some work but this problem kept on coming back, a friend recommended Prad at LAD Automotive, He was Excellent in his knowledge and he advised me on what was causing this fault, He explained what the problem was and he also showed me the problem and explained to me what needs to be done next. This is my first time meeting Prad and he's a top guy. He fixed the problem with the handbrake and since then the fault has not come back, no more noises or sticking on the handbrake. I will highly recommend Prad, his experience and knowledge of the vehicle is great. He takes his time and didn't rush the job on my vito. Top guy and Excellent service, I will definitely use him again.

Had issues with my clutch (2003 Yaris) and rear brakes. Prad checked the engine mounts to eliminate anything else that could be causing the vibration before checking and replacing the worn out old clutch (original from manufacture) with a new clutch kit and, replaced the rear brake shoes and cylinders (right one had seized up) all within a reasonable price and within a respectful timescale. Would happily recommend Lad autos.

I recently had an indicator problem with my Peugeot 207. The left indicator had stopped working due to a wiring issue, where the mechanic was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly. Since the visit there has not been any more further issues with the indicators and work perfectly. The mechanic also noticed the right-front wheeled tyre was flat, and inflated them free of charge. Exceptional service and Would highly recommend people to come here for any issues with their vehicles.

Top mechanic. I have used several mechanics in the past and they are more part fitters rather than mechanics. Prad’s knowledge and diagnosis on cars is second to none. Very reasonably priced and very fair. He will not scam you like other mechanics where if a car is not worth repairing he will make you aware of it and not just take all your money.

Had my car mot done and service. Everything was explained clearly good thorough work carried out and honestly priced and options given. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service at very short notice. A problem with our VW campervan battery had damaged the alternator. Noone else had been able to identify the problem. Kept losing all charge within few hrs. We were due to go on holiday on the Monday....found Prad at LAD automotive by friend's recomendation on the Friday. He identified issue, sourced necessary part and worked all day on the saturday to get van back to us in good working order by the Saturday evening.Can't recommend highly enough for anything campervan related. Really knows his stuff and level of service and care second to none.

My brakes started making screeching noise. So I booked it in and they were able to sort them out same day. Fantastic service would highly recommend using them. Only place I will use from now one.

He is an expert in diagnosing your car, telling you an accurate report on issues found and then proffering an excellent solution to you. Does a clean job and is always customer centric. I would 100% recommend to anyone within Greater Manchester and beyond.
