At 67 I needed to keep fit without putting myself at risk. Rachel’s name came from my GP who suggested Nordic Walking would be ideal for my arthritis-and I’ve never felt better. Combined with her gentle stretch class-this has been a winning combination for me. Another bonus is the great group of women I have got to know (men are always welcome too)!. Rachel is such an amazing trainer, so encouraging and always smiling. I really can’t recommend highly enough.

Rachel is one of the best fitness teachers I have ever known, her classes are friendly and very inclusive and she genuinely cares about her clients, often sharing tips and advice on living a healthy lifestyle. Her classes are often outside with an amazing backdrop of wonderful scenery. I would recommend anyone of any ability to try her classes.

I posted a raving review before about For Fitness Sake, and now, a couple of years later, I'd like to do it again. Only because I want to shout to the rooftops about how brilliant Rachel's classes are. She really is one of the best things that have happened to me. Her classes are professional, fun and full of variety. Everyone can work to their own level so no matter where you are with your fitness Rachel will ensure you get as much out of it as those who are at their peak. She is simply the best and I couldn't recommend For Fitness Sake more highly.

Love Rachel’s classes, Rachel always has a smile on her face and gives us lots of laughs to get us motivated. It’s also great seeing friends regularly at these classes, meeting others in the groups and getting us outside while also building up strength! I always leave the classes feeling energised for the day ahead. Thanks Rachel
