Highly recommended!We went to Classic Stoves for our first wood burning stove . The team were really helpful and took time to understand what we needed. Their expertise was evident and we were confident that they were the best choice for our fire, pricing was very competitive too. The team installed it quickly and tidily (!) all in time for the start of the colder weather - now we're looking forward to colder nights and the warmth of our wood burner!

Excellent professional and reliable service from Derek Salter and his team particularly Andy and Nigel. They took out-of-hours calls, attended the property at short notice and fitted a new boiler etc ensuring minimum disruption and always cleaning up well afterwards with respect for the fabric and furnishings in the property. Would most definitely recommend this locally based family company.

Multi fuel stove purchased from and installed by Salters. Installed by two excellent engineers, they were timely, professional, knowledgable and exceptionally clean and tidy workers. Both chaps were polite and kept us informed throughout, the stove does exactly what is says in the tin and heats the whole house beautifully, we are super pleased with it and would highly recommend Salters to provide, install and advise on these types of stove. Really positive experience throughout, and they also provide a maintenance and servicing service for the future. Very pleased.

Installed a log burner and chimney. Came on time and completed work to a very high standard. The guys were professional and gave good advice regarding it's use and basic maintenance. Found the whole experience to be very professional from start to finish. Left our room in a clean and tidy condition after each day's work. Would definitely highly recommend.

Excellent telephone service.They helped me out when my LPG tank stopped supplying gas with good over the phone technical support.Having only just moved into our new home I had no previous dealings with this company, but this did not matter to them. When I called late on a Friday evening they quickly got the correct man to call me back with advice on how to reset a trip on the regulator. This no-cost help was most appreciated, I will be using Salter to service my boiler in future.
