This company initially did a good job but 2 weeks after completion many of the Indian Stone paving stones were rocking and lifting. They did visit to inspect and I was told that they would not be resetting all the stones as they said they would never lift up, even though they admitted they were rocking. They reset 3 smaller stones. Over the next weeks more stones became loose. When I tried to advise them of this I was largely ignored with no correspondence being answered. It took me months to finally get someone to come and look. At this point they did reset one small stone and said they would return in 6 weeks to inspect the rest. I have heard nothing since and this was 8 months ago. Again no correspondence has been answered. When I tried to leave them a message on facebook they blocked me. We have just had another 3 stones lift, one of which was one they reset, this had only been stuck down with some black rubber type stuff underneath and not with slurry as it should have been. All in all there are around 35+ stones rocking/lifted (and I'm sure there will be more to come) and we have had to reset these ourselves and rejoint ourselves. So, in summary, we paid a lot of money to this company and did not receive the end product or service we paid for. They did not give a contract in writing so when I reported them to trading standards I had nothing to show. Be very wary of all the initial assurances of guarantees and backup as we have had none of this.
