I used TBW for a very complex and sensitive family matter, I was referred to Joanna who took my case and was extremely knowledgeable, competent and experienced in this field, my case took nearly a full year to complete but TBW and Joanna guided me through until the end with a positive result, I would strongly recommend.

Pretty pathetic of Raphaels PA, probably the worst service I’ve ever received. Was fantastic when I used Martin and Coralie, now they’ve left. Seems like a joke. No communication, can’t work to deadlines and don’t seem to care.

Had a serious accusation made against my 13 year old son, went into the Reception and once told of the situation she got Matthew Coxall to see us within 30 minutes. Got some very reassuring advice. Had good email contact and advice all the way til the End. Matter was dropped.Great Service. Big Thanks

Had started using the services of SHG who merged with TBW while I was using them. The service went from bad to worse and I would avoid this solicitors like the plague. If you don't mind a really slow service, TBW will be perfect for you

They pushed for a guilty plea at a hearing by giving poor advice, very suspicious to me. It's either they are highly incompetent or maybe they cut deals with the cps. They never contacted the client once to take any advice after the initial meeting they never took any witness statements, no advice given whatsoever, very misleading. Don't use if you want someone to fight your case as they will hand you over Nicely especially if you are mandem. They will not represent you properly do not work with them.

I had a meeting with Joanne with regards to a family divorce matter She was amazing, honest, knowledgeable and passionate. I would recommend them as l was ready to move my case to her. But was advised that this would incur extra expense and stay with my current firm. Any further work will go through them. I don't write many reviews unless I'm really impressed

Do not use for conveyancing, only one part time member of staff who doesn't answer his phone or emails.Complaints aren't dealt with.Use at your peril.

It's strange really that as human beings we are always keen to leave negative views when it doesn't go the way we want it to yet when its advantageous to us we simply rub our hands together, get on with life and easily forget the advocates who have made our day.Not here, everyone has their own story and the guy dealing with my incident, Jatinder Sokhal was very much on the ball, nothing is/was too much and he always makes/made himself available on the phone.We can't win them all and the outcome isn't always what we want but, it's their input that matters to me and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone and would definitely use them again if ever the need arises.

After they gave me a guarantee that I would win the case, they lied to me by telling me that they were not sending documents and evidence to the court because in this hearing we not gone have a decision, but simply will be transferred the case from Croydon to Dartford. The decision was made and it was not what I wanted. I asked them to appeal the decision and Mrs. Pyne refused to do so. I told her that I will make a complaint to the supervisor and I will take the complaint to the end, and since that day they have not even given me the court documents without giving me any kind of justification as to why they are withholding them. My OPINION,,GO DEFEND YOURSELF IN COURT AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CHANCE TO WIN THAN IF YOU HAVE REPRESENTED BY ,,,Thomas Boyd Whyte.
