Great service from Thames Motor Group (Slough). I purchased a company van from Thames Motor Group and both the price and service were fantastic. It is a 7 seater van so not always easy to come by immediately, but was delivered straight away. They were on hand to deal with everything and made the transaction very simple. What an awful customer service! Twice I called service department, nobody bothered to call me back. I bought £30k worth car from them less than a year ago. And a aftercare experience is the worst ever. I wish I never I dealt with these people. I definitely won’t be again and definitely DO NOT recommend them! They simply don’t value their customers! Really disappointing!

I bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce from Thames Motorgroup back in 2021 and I've been nothing but impressed. In Alfa Romeo community groups, Thames Slough is known as one of the better Alfa dealerships. Milly in the service department is a real asset to Thames, she's polite, efficient and you can tell she cares about good service. Only downside is Thames popularity as a trustworthy dealership means a longer lead time to get a service booked in, called end of May and August 10th was earliest that could be done. Worth the wait though as I know they'll carry out the service to high standard.

Unable to find any dealers that had any stock locally (not even to look at), I got in contact with Ameer at Thames Motor Group in Slough who managed to source exactly what we wanted - in stock.He answered any queries we had promptly and always returned my calls or emails.Ameer even arranged for it to be delivered the following week!!Service was absolutely top notch!!!First time we’ve bought a car online and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.Thank you Ameer, we’ll be back for the next one!!

My wife collected a petrol manual Fiat Tipo from Thames Motor Group Slough on Wednesday 2 August. On Tuesday 8 August the clutch completely failed on the M4 at around 10.30 pm following2 hours of slow moving traffic. This left my wife and my daughter alone in a very vulnerable situation stranded on the motorway in darkness until rescue arrived finally getting home at 4.45am on Wednesday 8 August..TMG collected the car from home later that afternoon after a discussion about the availability of a suitable courtesy car. Their Service Department delivered a car to my home very early Friday morning. Unfortunately it was a hybrid automatic which was not requested and my wife does not want.TMG were unable to provide an alternative manual car with the 3 essential rear seats.My wife and daughter have been traumatised by being stranded on the motorway in such a dark and vulnerable position for so many hours. She no longer has any confidence in the car and we will not accept return following repair. We have requested the return of our money by phone on Saturday 12August and immediately followed this up by email. We were told someone would contact us on Monday 14 August but this has not happened.TMG have failed to respond to our legitimate request to be refunded following the breakdown but we have no intention of accepting return of the car.We have been very badly let down by TMG and are shocked by the callous disregard of my wife’s feelings and the failure to search out a suitable courtesy car. We have been loyal customer having purchased several cars in recent years but are no longer able to recommend TMG to anyone .

The dealer was helpful, and intially they were busy and couldn't answer all of my questions, but eventually a specialist rang me in my mobile and I discussed with him my options and answered some of my technical questions regarding their new hybrid models.

Horrible service and attitude from them. Chasing 2 weeks to be told simply they haven't received the email which clearly was sent to them for repair. Asked to be investigated and the manager said looks like we're not good enough to repair your car" unless you show them the dollar bills they treating people on very low level."
