Been a few times now ladies in there are very helpful. You can order online and sometimes get a discount then pick it up, If you pop in and they've not got the size or what you need they will order it for you

Ordered sons uniform from here and it was ready to collect the same day. This was also during 6 weeks holidays. Great quality too

No customer service, Never the stock, Wait weeks for their embroidery service then rude obnoxious staff when it does finally arrive! And don't bother phoning to inquire about your order as they never answer their phone...

Communication with this business is horrendous. We ordered 2 skirts on the 21st of August, ready for our daughter to go back to school. We were asked during ordering to give 10 working days for delivery, as they were understandably busy. When we rang on the 5th of September, they informed us that they were having an issue with their supplier and had no idea when the skirts would arrive.Why did you not bother to call us when the problems started, so we could source the skirts elsewhere?? 2 weeks wasted having spent £50 on two skirts. I always try to support local business, but will not be purchasing any more uniform from you due to poor customer communication.

Quite a wait dealing with the queue. Probably could of opened the day before to make things easier for themselves, especially in the last week before kids go back to school. Can't fault the merchandise though.
